Delivery Information:
When you place an order we aim to send the order out within 7 days pending all items required are in stock. We will email you tell you when you should receive the item if you are living in the UK.

P & P to the UK - £2.00 per item:
We offer discount if you order more than one item, just let us know!
When we send an item we always request proof of delivery from the post office- but we are not held responsible for items that get lost in the post! But if you would like us to post the item(s) recorded delivery we can do this if requested at an extra cost!

We offer Standard 1st class Royal Mail post. This does not offer any guarantee but compensation may be claimed for the loss of items up to a certain level.

The Rest of the World 1st class standard - £2.50 per item:
Discount offered if more than one item is ordered. This does not offer any guarantee but compensation may be claimed for the loss of items up to a certain level. Sorry but we do not under any circumstances despatch goods to Nigeria or Indonesia.

Returns & Refunds:
We aim to please our customers and hope you remain loyal to us. We hope to make you happy with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not, you may return the item(s), carefully packed and undamaged, to us within 7 days of your purchase. We will then give you a refund of the original purchase price of the goods (excluding the original post and packing price). We regret that if the goods are damaged on return, we will not be able to offer a refund. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting for the item(s) to protect yourself against loss.

HOW TO ORDER:

WHEN YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE ITEM THAT YOU ARE
INTERESTED IN WE CAN MAKE A SIMILAR ITEM OR YOU
CHOOSE THE COLOURS, PRECIOUS STONES, CHARMS
AND BEADS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE FOR YOUR OWN
INDIVIDUAL STYLE.

2. WE THEN EMAIL YOU TO CONFIRM WE HAVE RECEIVED THE
ORDER AND THEN SEND YOU YOUR INVOICE WHICH STATES THE
TOTAL DUE AND HOW LONG YOUR ITEM WILL TAKE TO BE MADE
AND DELIVERED. WE AIM TO MAKE AND POST ALL ORDERS WITHIN
7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.

3. THE ITEM NEEDS TO BE PAID FOR EITHER BY PAYPAL, CHEQUE
OR POSTAL ORDER - PLEASE STATE ON YOUR EMAIL WHAT PAYMENT METHOD YOU PREFER. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED WE WILL PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

4. WE WILL SEND A PICTURE BY EMAIL OF YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT AND ONCE YOU HAVE AGREED THAT THE ITEM IS ACCEPTABLE WE WILL POST THE ITEM OUT.

5. THATS IT! ALL OTHER QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED STRAIGHT AWAY BY EMAIL AND WE STRESS THAT WE AIM TO PLEASE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH A PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT SERVICE.
